shut down
I'm going to delete this blog.
No one is using it anymore but I just wanted to give you all a heads up. So in one week - August 28 - I'll be deleting this unless someone wants it kept up.

Of course we are still here, and reading. Maybe a few people have the "Thank god Christmas is over" feeling? Hey-what better time to start or finish projects for the next round of gift giving. For suggestions, how about you all let us know what gift you gave at the holidays that went over really well and was appreciated. Perhaps a picture?
Copying is the highest form of flattery, you know??
I've made a few little changes. I'm not sure what to do with this blog. Here and there new people get added. There is still very little posting and I'm not sure anyone is reading this anymore.
Bueler? Bueler? Bueler?
I'm thinking of changing this KAL into more of a place to just talk about winter knits.
How many of you are knitting for Xmas 2005?
Maybe this can be a place to talk about winter knits or provide links to good patterns, good deals, etc.
How does that sound?
Obviously I'm not good at this moderating crap. I think I'm too laid back. If anyone else ahs ideas just give me a hollar and I'll start trying to compile good links for winter knits and put them in the sidebar. If you have good things to add, let me know.
Stay warm.
I was originally thinking of ending this the end of December but winter is still happening. Although we don't have any snow here. Winter lasts forever so really, this can last forever too. There is no reason to end this. Lets's keep knitting.
I keep forgetting to take pictures of the items I finish but I did get one of the gloves I finished recently for my mom's belated Christmas gift.
I hope you all have a great winter and I'll keep this blog alive so long as you all are still interested.
This is the Airy Scarf from Last Minute Knitted Gifts for my MIL.
